Site to Site VPN is normally used to denote a secure tunnelled connection between two servers or 2 "site" locations via the web. When setting up a VPN connection to a Windows Server, you must have a dedicated network card for the VPN and a separate dedicated network card for other services. By setting up a VPN on Windows 2003 as a "site to site" type, you are able to use the same network card for both types of services.
